✅ Returns
You can request a return in the following cases:

Damaged or expired items received

Wrong item delivered

Missing items from the order

Conditions for return:

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

A clear photo of the item (showing damage/expiry/wrong delivery) may be required for verification.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we will initiate the refund.

Refund options:

Refund to original payment method (within 5–7 business days)

Store credit/coupon for future purchases

Note: In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy

Opened or tampered packages

Products without original invoice or packaging
